KWC Nordics Oy’s partnership with Pro-Tot has been ongoing for a long time. Production Manager Mikko Hänninen explains that the partnership began shortly after Pro-Tot was founded, around ten years ago.
– We’ve known Pro-Tot right from the very start of the company. Our collaboration has expanded and deepened over the years. Pro-Tot is a company we know well and can rely on. ‘It’s been great to witness their growth, development and expansion from a partner’s perspective,’ says Mikko Hänninen.
THE COMPANY POSSESSES A WIDE RANGE OF SPECIALIST EXPERTISE
Our collaboration with Pro-Tot has evolved from small, one-off projects into a more formal partnership agreement. For KWC Nordics, the most important aspect of this partnership is that Pro-Tot possesses outstanding expertise in manufacturing, servicing and maintenance.
– Pro-Tot’s expertise has developed considerably. From a partner’s perspective, it is important that they have a wide range of specialist expertise available in-house. The company’s versatility is also evident in the fact that, for example, the manufacturing department is able to seamlessly support maintenance requirements.
QUALITY AND HEALTH AND SAFETY MATTERS ARE IN ORDER
Mikko Hänninen explains that Pro-Tot’s operations are systematic in terms of both quality and health and safety. There have been no instances of negligence, and it is evident, for example, in the modification of machinery, that occupational safety issues have been taken into account right through to the end. The quality of the service is also evident from the fact that, should any problems arise, solutions are sought swiftly.
– If a situation has arisen where a repair carried out has not worked, they haven’t dithered but have tackled it promptly and seen the job through to the end. The quality of Pro-Tot’s manufacturing is also up to standard. All in all, the collaboration works well and I can’t think of any major problems or setbacks. Pro-Tot’s service is smooth and communication with the customer works well. “It’s great to be part of Pro-Tot’s growth and development,” says Hänninen.
